Fillies & Mare Turf - 10.23

Won by the Henry Cecil trained Midday at 15/8 to finally give Cecil a Breeders Cup win after years of tryiing. Midday ran an excellent race to cap a brilliant season which saw her coming in runner-up at the Epsom Oaks earlier in the season, but she was the class horse here and beat pre race favourite Pure Clan into second place.
