Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf 2011 - Stephanies Kitten Takes The Win
The Breeders Cup in 2011 will be at Churchill Downs with the second race on the card of day one likely to be the Juvenile Fillies Turf which was only first run in 2008 and has been a big success ever since. The race is run over exactly one mile and was won in in 2008 by Maram who was trained by Chad Brown, 2009 saw the Dale Romans trained Tapits Fly take the honours and the big prize money.
There are five 'win and you're in' races for the Juvenile Fillies Turf and they are the Natalma Stakes, the Fillies Mile at Woodbine, the Moyglare Stud Stakes at Ascot, the Miss Grillo Stakes and the Jessamine Stakes which are well worth keeping an eye on in the race this season. All eyes are on the exciting Elusive Kate in this one for trainer John Gosden, she has won four races in-a-row and looks to have massive potential.
